In the past we had limited items to members only. With the relaunch of TBOC Supply we decided to give something to the fans of TBOC. Who would not like to wear stuff that is especially for the bearded and the admirers of the beard. So we will sell genuine TBOC items to everyone and in addition to that we have exclusive items and gear that is reserved for our members and that is not for the public.

We have products that will be announced to the public, however some are "members-only" and therefore non-members can not see or purchase them in the shop unfortunately.

Unfortunately most are not. After we launched our first sale of TBOC patches some years ago, they were "members-only" and could only be purchased through our shop. What you see being offered on other platforms and shops are unauthorized and therefore illegal copies/plagiarism that we condemn. A great idea has been ripped off by thirds to make money that we couldn't. 

Wherever possible we take actions against the sellers of those fake patches. We will reserve the right to take legal actions against anyone who produces, imports, sells or promotes fake patches and fake items that "mimic" TBOC. That includes actions against persons who are posting media of and posing with fake items on social platforms.

Now with the relaunch of TBOC Supply we decided to start the selling of original TBOC patches to everyone in the future, so we can at least counter the copycats by selling quality. The difference in quality is significant. And therefore you can be exposed as a wearer of fake TBOC patches very easily.   

That is true. In TBOC Supply the customer has the option to display the prices in different currencies. This feature is for information purposes only and is a service to our customers. The checkout page shows all prices in EURO only and payments can only be settled in Euros. That's because the shop is operated in the EU (Germany).

Right now you can pay with Credit Card and PayPal, PayPal Express, SOFORT, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We are not obliged to but might be offering more payment methods in the future if needed.

TBOC items are produced worldwide but mostly in the USA and Europe. Most products are built-to-order and are not stocked in warehouses. We do ship internationally and our manufacturers will send out the items directly to you. Please note that if you do not live in a country where the items are produced you might have to pay custom fees and import taxes in addition to our product price and the shipping costs.

TBOC Supply has access to various suppliers worldwide for the production of TBOC items. Some products are pre-produced and stored in the shop, some are only produced in the shop on behalf of the TBOC Supply ("Built-to-Order") after the customer has successfully ordered them. Certain items are delivered directly to the customer after built-to-order production to ensure the fastest possible delivery. TBOC Supply has no influence on the delivery speed for "Built-to-Order" products.

We have a wide variety of products that we will sell to fans (non-members) also. We want to give something to our community. We will also add more products over time, so it is smart to check in once in a while as well as to follow our social media sites to receive coupons and/or be part of promotions that are especially made for our fans.

Part of the items offered is exclusively for members-only and can not be viewed nor purchased by non-members. If you match the prerequisites to become a TBOC member, you can apply for membership and upon approval you are entitled to buy the items.

TBOC Gear stands for high quality tactical gear items that are especially designed and produced for TBOC members only. We are sorry, but the products are mostly limited in quantity and tailored to its user, so that we can not offer them to everyone. TBOC Gear takes only the best materials and designs and hereby surpasses the quality of what you can find on the tactical market. TBOC Gear can be used as every day carry kit and it out-performs its competitors. So that every tactical beard "on duty" can rely on it to outperform his adversaries not only with his facial hair.

We recommend that you follow the sizing charts that you will find with every clothing product in our shop. As all apparel that we offer and most other items too are built-to-order and tailored for you, we can't provide any refund for products ordered by you in the wrong sizes (see our Sales & Refund Policy).

Due to the Tactical Beard Owners Club specific features of the products offered, TBOC Supply may have to limit the number of products offered for sale or may be strictly limited in number from the outset. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and that is why we do everything we can to re-produce products as quickly as possible. If products are limited to a certain number from the outset, it can happen that they are sold out quickly due to the strong popularity and are no longer available afterwards and are also no longer produced. TBOC Supply reserves the right to change the quantity of products offered for sale at any time, even after an order has been placed and provided that we have not yet accepted this order.

TBOC Supply reserves the right, in case of non-availability of a promised service or product, not to provide it or not to sell it.

Member discounts (if he is a legitimate TBOC member and has purchased a club membership that gives him a discount) are already factored into the prices, provided that the customer has a member account in the shop and has logged in correctly. 

In order to benefit from a member discount, you must log into your shop account before initiating payment. If you are a club member and do not log in correctly or place an order with another account or without an account, unused discounts will not be paid out to you after purchase, and you will no receive it as credit. In this case you need to cancel/withdraw from the order and place a new order with correct login.

In TBOC Supply you will have the option to display the prices in different currencies. This feature is for information purposes only and is a service to our customers. The checkout page shows all prices in EURO only. All payments are accepted in EURO only. Any refunds through withdrawal of the contract (see withdrawal instructions) will also be made exclusively in EURO. Depending on the payment provider, if you are from a non-EU country, you may be charged conversion fees when converting a foreign currency into EURO and vice versa. You will have to cover those fees by yourself.

Our standard delivery time is 2-5 days, if nothing else is indicated in the item description and if it is an item in the own warehouse. TBOC Supply ships an order with items from its own warehouse as soon as the entire order is in stock there. 

Certain items are delivered directly to the customer after built-to-order production to ensure the fastest possible delivery. TBOC Supply has no influence on the delivery speed for "Built-to-Order" products. This is specified by the manufacturer, but is usually no more than 3-7 days, unless otherwise stated in the item description. 

You will be informed immediately in the event of a delay. If we are not responsible for a permanent delivery obstacle, in particular due to force majeure or delivery bottlenecks at its own suppliers, although a corresponding covering transaction was concluded in time, we reserve the right to withdraw from an order you placed in this respect. You will be informed immediately and any services received, in particular payments, will be refunded to you.

With TBOC Supply we utilize the so-called "built-to-order" method to deliver most (but not all) of our products. Certain items are delivered directly to you after built-to-order production to ensure the fastest possible delivery. We also have pre-produced items in stock in our own warehouse. By mixing these methods we can ensure that we can always offer a wide variety, as opposed to stocking larger minimum quantities for which we could only offer a few products.

A shopping cart can consist of several products with different shipping routes from several producers worldwide. This means that certain shopping carts – depending on its composition by the customer – can result in the customer receiving several partial deliveries from different manufacturers. All shipping costs are summarized in the shopping cart and do not consist of individual shipping costs.

We ship internationally! Depending on the value of the delivery, additional costs for you may arise from import duties and taxes. These have to be paid by yourself. International shipping can lead to longer delivery times, due to the shipping service providers, import clearance and the specific procedures of the shipping service providers in the destination country. TBOC Supply has no influence on this.

Right now we offer the following payment methods. We are not obliged to but we might add more in the future.

• Credit Card: When you place your order, you also provide us with your credit card details. Once you have been identified as a legal cardholder, we will immediately ask your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by the credit card company and your card is debited.
• PayPal, PayPal Express: During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
• Apple Pay: Apple Pay lets you check out of the online store with Safari on iPhone, iPad and Mac. If you pay with Apple Pay, you do not need to enter credit card details or a delivery address manually. You tap the Apple Pay button, your fingerprint is scanned and Apple Pay makes this information available to the payment provider. The payment transaction is executed automatically by the payment provider immediately afterwards.
• Google Pay: Google Pay allows you to pay easily and securely through our online store. When you pay for your order by using Google Pay, you don't need to manually enter your credit card information or shipping address. You will tap the Google Pay button and Google Pay will provide that information to the payment provider. The payment transaction is executed automatically by the payment provider immediately afterwards.
• SOFORT (Bank Transfer): Sofort is a direct and secure bank transfer payment method. When you select Sofort as your payment method, you will need to log in to your bank account and use a two-factor authorization code to verify the payment. The payment gets authorized when you place an order and use Sofort to pay. A bank transfer from your bank account is initiated after the authorization. The bank transfer takes from 2 to 14 days. The order is not being processed until we received the funds from you.

We do offer promotions from time to time. We will announce them on social media and on this page or send you an email if you have subscribed to our email list. Coupons issued by TBOC Supply free of charge as part of promotions with a certain period of validity and not purchased can only be redeemed in the TBOC Supply online shop and only during the specified period. Individual products can be excluded from the coupon promotion if a corresponding restriction results from the content of the promotion coupon. Promotional coupons can only be redeemed before completion of the order process. Subsequent offsetting is not possible. Only one promotional coupon can be redeemed per order.

The value of the goods must be at least equal to the amount of the promotional coupon. Any remaining balance will not be refunded by the seller. If the value of the promotion coupon is not sufficient to cover the order, one of the other payment methods offered by the seller can be selected to pay the difference. The credit balance of a promotion coupon will neither be paid out nor interest paid. The promotional coupon will not be refunded if the customer returns the goods paid for in full or in part with the promotional coupon within the scope of his statutory right of withdrawal.

The promotion coupon is transferable. The seller can pay with discharging effect to the respective owner who redeems the promotion coupon in the seller's online shop. This does not apply if the seller has knowledge or grossly negligent ignorance of the non-authorization, the inability to contract or the lack of representation authorization of the respective owner.

At this moment we do not offer gift cards. But we look forward to include them in our product catalog in the future.

You have a 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reasons. However, as we want to make you happy with our products and we want to know what we can improve, we will ask you kindly to contact us first and via our contact form or other means which you can find under Contact Us here in the help center.

We will get back to you asap and see what the issue might be and are optimistic to find a solution. If we can not negotiate a solution that suits best for you, you just send the items back to the return address and will receive a full refund of your expenses.

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

Tactical Beard Owners Club HQ is based and operated in Germany while the club and its membership operates worldwide. Our members come from all over the world and there are bastions of tactical beards organized in chapters on every major continent. Please note that the TBOC Supply Shop items are (mostly) not send into the world from Germany but from USA and Europe where our manufacturers are located.

Oh YES. We are a real beard club for men with beards that live a tactical life. Soldiers, LE Officers, Hunters, Competition and Sport Shooters can join and become members. The club was founded 2011 bei one guy who invited some friends to join and it grows contineously from there on.

If you are a tactical shooter by hobby or profession and you have a full grown and formidable beard, you can join us and become part of a unique worldwide community of brothers. But be aware, it is not "easy" to join. We require certain prerequisites to be met and that you send in an official application before you can be approved for membership. The Tactical Beard Owners Club (or TBOC for short) was founded in August 2011 with a fistful of members that were personally invited by the founder. The genesis of the club was a spontaneous impulse. It should spark like-minded people to make new friends. It evolved into the most significant tactical beard network in the tactical scene and has become a true brotherhood.

What sounds like a very specific special interest group is in fact a very wide ranged social club that has members from every part of the military, law enforcement and tactical industry that you can think of. TBOC sees itself as a brotherhood and network that uses online platforms like TBOC Stronghold forum to let members make friendship with other members online and in real life. In tough professions and jobs members receive that extra support and backup they need – especially those doing service for their countries.

Find a bearded bastion next to you

Within TBOC a chapter stands for group that consists of 5+ members that are located within the same area or close by. The purpose of a chapter is to have a place where members connect and meet in real life for socializing and to learn more about the others in chapter organized meeting events. Chapters can be considered as a "bastion" or "safe area" where members can seek refuge and to meet and make acquaintance with others of the brotherhood. This is especially true for chapters that are "downrange".

Access to our chapters are for TBOC members only. Chapter locations and hosts are classified and only known to the specific chapter members due to the nature of this club.
